Steve is a former professional baseball player whose experience with life’s curveballs shaped the way he sees challenge, connection, and opportunity. Today, he specializes in growing revenue for organizations, particularly in the mortgage industry and nonprofit sector.
His keynote, “Adopting a Winning Mindset- A Simple Dose of Perspective Could Change Your Life,” draws from personal trials and unexpected blessings. He shares the story of a young woman’s selfless decision to give her baby up for adoption, the scrapbook that changed how he viewed one of the most challenging moments in his life, reconnecting with his estranged father after 39 years, and a life-threatening heart infection that required open-heart surgery.
When he is not speaking, Steve can be found at the gym, cheering his kids on from the sidelines, or working with Little Smiles PA, an organization that brings smiles to children facing sickness, chronic conditions, or other traumatic situations.
